PROJECT ARCHITECT

We are looking for a Project Architect who can provide exceptional leadership, vision and technical skills at a multitude of levels within the firm.
Our project work requires dynamic versatility in scale, type, and content. 
Our Project Architects are responsible for project management and implementation of all phases of projects and project teams under the direction of the Principal in Charge. 

The following skills are required for this position: 

  • Must be a licensed Architect with at least seven years’ of well-rounded office experience
  • Proficient in presenting a body of work displaying architectural integrity, creative problem solving and technical prowess
  • Revit experience desired, AutoCAD experience is a minimum for consideration
  • Construction technology experience with the ability to detail complex projects
  • Experience with projects for public schools, hospitality, high tech, or boutique residential is considered a plus

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a detailed-oriented, organized, and creative member to join our tight knit team as an Administrative Assistant.
This is a full time, in person position in our Downtown Santa Rosa office. The ideal person will have the ability to juggle multiple deadlines while working with a variety of personality types. We are looking for a motivated, efficient individual with a can-do attitude to keep the office, projects and team moving forward. 

The right candidate will be responsible for supporting administrative, accounting and project related tasks.
Opportunities exist to support marketing, web design, and web management.
Must be proficient in Outlook and MS Office, knowledge of Deltek, Photoshop, and InDesign a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills, organization and follow through essential.
Ideally will have 2+ years of administrative experience but this could be an entry level role for an individual who is eager, ready to learn,  and looking for a career.
